Where my perspective starts
I have spent more than two decades working where business and technology meet. That experience shaped how I think about change: strategy matters, but only when people can make decisions, build capability, and follow through.
That is the lens I bring to artificial intelligence, cloud, digital transformation, leadership, organizations, markets, and the operating choices companies face as technology accelerates.

The personal lens
I live in Munich with my family. They are the center of my life and the reason clarity, accountability, and growth matter to me beyond work.
Travel gives me perspective. Diving rewards preparation, patience, and respect for complexity. Photography slows things down and makes details visible. All three sharpen the same habit: look carefully before deciding what matters.
