About

Hi — I’m Andreas.

I write about technology, leadership, markets, and the decisions organizations must make in a world where change is accelerating. My perspective comes from more than two decades of working at the intersection of business and technology — where strategy meets execution and outcomes matter.

Technology is evolving exponentially. The way we learn, work, manage, lead, and invest must evolve just as quickly. The organizations that succeed will be those that adapt their thinking, build new capabilities, and move faster than the environment around them.

This site is where I share practical insights on leadership, transformation, and the real-world impact of emerging technologies — especially artificial intelligence.

All content shared on this blog represents my personal perspective. It is independent of my employer, customers, and partners, and is not intended to represent any official position of the organizations I work with.

I live in Munich with my family, and they are at the center of everything I do. My life and career are shaped by a strong belief in accountability, clarity, and continuous growth — values that guide both my professional decisions and my personal journey.

I have always been drawn to exploration. I love traveling in all its forms — by air, road, or sea — because each journey offers a new perspective, new people to meet, and new ideas to discover. Travel, for me, is not just movement; it is learning in motion.

That curiosity goes even deeper — literally. I am a passionate scuba diver, fascinated by what lies beneath the surface. Diving reminds me that the world is larger, more complex, and more beautiful than what we see at first glance. It reinforces patience, discipline, and respect for the environment — lessons that translate directly into leadership and life.

Photography is another way I explore and capture the world. Through the lens, I try to preserve moments, tell stories, and appreciate details that might otherwise go unnoticed. It is a practice of observation and reflection.

At the core of who I am are a few simple but powerful values:

Family. Accountability. Clarity. Judgment. Growth.

These principles shape how I lead, how I work with others, and how I approach the future — with clarity, accountability, and a constant drive to grow.
